Lotd 4-23

This week's look features a new sweater/shirt combo that I got on the Marketplace, it is made by Gizza, I have only gotten a couple of items from them. but I thought this one looked pretty cool. I put a new hair I got from unclewebb called Hibiki. I am wearing a bracelet from Hod and I put on my candy cross necklace from Primitive Designs to match. I also really like the way Mandala's bracer sinra matched the argyle sweater. The eyes I recently picked up from Poetic Colors.

Lotd 4-9

Today is the last day of the Fantasy Faire. I have to say that the builds there are amazing, some of the best that I have seen for a faire, and so many sims. They were all very well done.


The jacket and shirt set and the pants are from the Rfyre store, and the boots are from the Forsaken vendor that is in the vampy area at the Faire. The tattoo is also from the Endless Pain store at the Faire, not sure which area though. I also went to the Japan Project FUR sim and found a couple cool things, including this necklace and ring set from Kosh.

Lotd 3-30

It has been one very busy month, built an awesome new pc, and also been playing alot of Rift. I have also not seen a lot lately that inspired me to blog.


I had gotten this skin at the skin fair a couple last month and so far it is my favorite Belleza skin, I dont even think I had one before this so I decided to finally use it in a post. I thought the hair from Uncleweb looked really good with it and used thise shirt with the arms moved up to make it look cut off and better show the tat on the arm that I wanted to show off. The piercings are really sweet from HoD and I am wearing two of the seperate ring sets from Rozoregalia.

Today's look features a new jacket I got from sey called mouton fur dark brown coat. I figured I should do a winter theme outfit while it is still actually winter. I really like the look of this coat. The hair is from unclewebb but I think it goes really well with the rest of the outfit. The sweater under the coat is from ducknipple and is named toast for some reason.

Today's look of the day features a new shirt from Klam designs, I like the way it looks in the front and I never need to adjust their rolled up sleeves. The pants are the new damage jeans from Muism.

Started this outfit with the rolled up sleeves shirt from grasp, going with the autumn weather theme again. I used the Uncleweb hair from the hair fair. Also when I was working on my store list the other day, I went by Muism to verify the in world location. Last time I had been there they mostly had dressy clothes, but when I stopped by the other day I saw these pretty awesome looking damaged jeans. Necklace is from Mandala and rest of the jewelry is from Rozoregalia.

Lotd 9/18

This is a casual outfit with a skulls theme, which is a theme I have plenty of clothes to use for. I used my new Jeans from Luck that have the skulls going up the leg and one of my favorite T-shirts from GearShift as the basis for the outfit.

I added the necklace and bracelet set from :sey called star&skull. I love the way the strings from the bracelet hang down over the hand, the stars and skulls go well with almost any outfit. The belt is a really cool skulled belt from Naith Smit. This is one of the new skins that I have gotten from LaVie called Noah, and I am really liking it.
The outer shirt is from Klam Designs, and they do some very awesome shirts that are very detailed and great to wear t-shirts or tats underneath, and the price isn't bad at all, 4 colors for just $199.

Hair Fair 2010

This year's hair fair is to benefit Wigs for Kids. The fair will last until 9/19.  I almost didn't go to the hair fair this year, as I usually go with my girlfriend and some friends, but they have been a little fair-ed out lately. I changed my mind, but probably went at one of the worst times possible, Friday evening. It was incredibly laggy, but that is to be expected with almost any fair such as this. I think that the layout could have been much better, and I would recommend using the hair fair's blog to go directly to the store your interested in and not try to walk through all four sims. Now for the hair from the fair that I liked and purchased.

Shag is the only store from the hair fair that I really liked and had not heard of before. I am not usually a big fan of hats in SL. I think this is the first hat I have purchased that was not part of a themed outfit. This is two variants of a hair called Boys dont cry. You do have to have a skin with a hair base to make this hair look good, and it can be difficult to get it to match up in the front and get the color matched close.I also was trying some head alpha layers that I made/bought to try to adjust the hat a little better.  I couldn't get it to work right, though that may be a glitch in Phoenix viewer. The hat and band both have scripted options for the color and pattern.

This hair is another Shag hair that I really like called Animal Nitrate, I can see myself wearing this one quite often.

Unclewebb is an outstanding hair creator and I think I have nearly every one of his male hairs. I am really digging his new hair Jake.

I also liked two of Aitui's new hat hairs. This one is Wake up. For 90L$ they are a really good value, and though it does not look that great with the outfit I have on in this pic, I think it would go really awesome with some grunge outfits.

















This is Aitui's other 90L$ hat hair Back of the Class. I really love its edgy style, and its a great value.



I also wanted to mention that MadDesigns had a really good looking mohawk that I did not purchase. Wasabi also has some really nice hair that I have worn on my elf Avatar.

Lotd 8/27 Urban tribal

I had a friend say that I should do an urban casual outfit next. I started to work on one, and I'm sure there will be in the near future, but what I actually put together was a urban tribal outfit. I saw the +Natur+ shirt at :sey and I thought it looked really cool, not the type of look that I would normally go with, but one that I wanted to find a reason to wear. They had several colors, I liked the grey and the dark olive the best.

I put grasp's camo cargo pants with it, because the shirt has a sort of camo look and I wanted to put some cargo pants with the outfit. I really like how the tat fits with the neck of the shirt, and added the very edgy Mandala necklace.
